In her ‘spare’ time she’s a proud regional officer in the Maritime Volunteer Service as well as a supporter to many organisations in the region.

Sue (or ‘Super-Sue’ as she is known by the crew!) is never more comfortable than working on a complex project; pulling together creatives, stakeholders, overseeing post-production timelines and ensuring that our finished content is delivered on time and on budget.

Sue is passionate about emerging technology and as such is always keen to drive the use of AI within our workflow.

In her spare time, Sue is a Scout leader and like the rest of the team a lifelong dog-lover.

Char is a graduate of Sunderland University’s prestigious Digital Film Production degree programme.

She is our go-to expert for social media content production and highly skilled across both photography and moving image.

She loves working in the built environment as well as creating engaging videos for reels and stories.

In her spare time Char likes to keep fit with strength training and is a massive dog lover.

In his spare time, Krzysztof is a keen musician and can often be found producing music videos for various artists in the region.

In her spare time she can be found in the hills mountain biking, walking the dogs or with her nose in a book.
